We accept Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard, Debit. There is a $40 charge on all returned checks. All Prices are subject to change with out notice.

Return Policy

Recieve a credit for returned products when accompanied by a receipt and with in 14 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

 A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when cancelling a treatment or service. A 50% charge of the services will be charged.

Children’s Policy

A relaxing experience for all GEMINI guests is of utmost importance to us. With that in mind, we ask that all children under 10 without an appointment not accompany you while you are getting a treatment. An adult must accompany children under 12 that are receiving a service.

Spa Etiquette

Rushing to an appointment isn’t healthy or enjoyable. Get the most out of your GEMINI experience by arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your spa treatment. Our scheduling is designed to allow the correct amount of time needed to complete your spa experience. If you happen to be late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee the full length of the service.

In consideration to all of our guests, we ask you to refrain from using cell phones or pagers.
